At Paintedglassware4u our products are 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed.

If you are not completely satisfied with an item just contact our 

Customer Service Dept. at support@paintedglassware4u.com

To receive a return authorization. Approved returns are to be 

Shipped prepaid within 30 days of receipt. (we cannot accept COD)

Items must be packed carefully and received in mint condition.

We will credit your account the price of the item minus a 25%

Restocking fee. Merchandise returned without authorization

will not be credited.

All orders are final. An order cannot be cancelled or changed.

All orders are non-refundable.

Refused shipments or returned (undamaged) goods will incur a 25%

Restocking fee plus freight charges.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

All merchandise ships out in 2-3 days by USPS Priority Mail

Which delivers orders in 2-3 days to any USA address 

Including Alaska and Hawaii.

We do not ship internationally at this time.

If an item arrives damaged or broken. Within 30 days of purchase

Take a digital photograph of the broken item and sent it to

paintedglassware4u, we will issue a refund or replace the item and

ship the replacement to you at no charge.
